Providing customer access to essential concrete data through a convenient web portal
Austin, TX – November 30, 2023: COMMAND Center™, the leading provider of concrete temperature and maturity solutions, announced the upcoming release of COMMAND Center Concrete 4 Web, delivering convenient web access for monitoring and managing concrete placement projects. The COMMAND Center Concrete 4 Web enables users to view project data from a variety of devices, including Android and Windows-based computers.
Designed to enhance the customer experience, COMMAND Center Concrete 4 Web is a portal to the COMMAND Center Cloud, accessible through most Chrome and Safari browsers. Its user interface is similar to the COMMAND Center Concrete 4 app for iOS and enables users to efficiently perform critical project tasks, such as:
- Accept invitations to concrete placement projects
- Open projects to view a list of placements and specifications
- Select placements and view a list of sensors
- Create a temperature differential report
- Generate reports in Excel workbook format
Future improvements will include the ability to create new content, share projects and edit sensor details. For now, teams should use the COMMAND Center Concrete 4 app to complete these tasks. Although iPhone and iPad users can access COMMAND Center Concrete 4 Web through their Safari browsers, the COMMAND Center Concrete 4 app for iOS provides the optimal experience for these users.
